Is it weird that I cuddle with my brother?

Whenever my brother and I watch movies downstairs (usually at night) we lay in each other's arms and kind of snuggle close together on the couch. This is the only time we cuddle. We watch movies a lot, though. . .is this weird? Unusual? I'm not uncomfortable with it, but I just wanted to have your opinions. . .

It doesnt matter what others think or how uncommon it with others, everything comes back to intent.

As I said I dont know your age BUT if you feel your brothers INTENT change, put a stop to the practice.

(Dont look for this either or you will ruin what is.)

Just tell him "sorry I'm feeling your thinking has changed about our cuddling & it has spoilt our closeness so it must stop.

I suppose we must be getting too old for it now.

Keep it light so you remain close.

It's nice that you get along that well, but you really shouldn't be doing more than giving each other a hug once in a while. Cuddling every time you watch a movie is too much.

What is weird is that in the last question of yours I answered you were asking if it was weird to cuddle with your best friend.

And that in another question you asked why siblings sometimes fall in love.

I'm just doing the math here, but yeah, something about this sounds really weird.



It is the combination of your questions that makes me think you aren't being 100% truthful about your situation.



The fact that you keep feeling weird about it, and that you keep asking these bizarre questions, makes me think you should probably knock it off with the cuddling.

I wouldn't say it's necessarily weird, but maybe your asking this question is a way of voicing your own discomfort with the siutation? I don't mean that in a bad way but usually when I feel weird about something I seek reassurance.

i think so. i have 2 brothers and if i ever cuddled with them, i would have a serious problem. im not implying that you have a serious problem because my brothers and i are kinda distant. you seem really close to him, but too close. yea, im not gonna lie. that's pretty weird.
