Cousins... but I can't remember if you'd be second or third cousins. Your Mom or Dad would be the neice/nephew of his grandpa and you'd be the great neice/nephew of his grandpa. Your Mom/Dad would be the first cousin to his grandpa's children. You would be the second cousin to your grandpa's children so I *think* you'd be the third cousin to him.



It can get pretty confusing! Try looking up some geneology sites and do a simple sketch of your family tree up to your great grandparents. It should help :)
