Is it wrong if you have a sexual attraction to your cousin?

I live in New York but every summer, one of my mom's sister comes to Nebraska with usually all four of her daughters. When we were swimming in our pool last summer, I couldn't help at starring at my cousins in bikinis and was a little too exited when we were playing tag in the pool. No one in my family suspected it but, I know it's kind of odd to be attracted to my cousin's who range in being 3-7 years older than me. I'm 15 and I have no trouble getting girls at school but, for some reason I think my cousin's are hot and sometimes think about what coud happen.

Bro, nothing to be worried about. It's natural to find them attractive, especially if they are. Looking is fine, even staring but don't act on it. They are your cousins after all and it really isn't cool. Besides, if they didn't like your advances, think about how that would effect your family. If they are 3-7 years older than you, they probably won't be interested so why stir the waters. Enjoy the view and leave it at that.

Nothing "wrong" with it, but in 50% of US states, marriage between first cousins is illegal.



However, in all other states, and most countries in the world, marriage between any cousins is okay (legal).



As far as just being turned on by them...not an issue. It's quite normal for young men to be turned on by attractive young women. ☺

You cant help who you are attracted too or love, many will condem it, and you would have to live with some of society looking down on you. But as far as health issues there are VERY few problems with cousins and children with them.

Try having this issue with a mother in law! These things happen. You cannot help be attracted to her. I CAN'T act on it, you probably should not, either. Keep with the girls outside the family.
