What should I do I want to be a nudist but my parents do not like that life style?

for the last few year I have really enjoyed being nude then I started thinking about asking my parents to knock my door so I could be nude in my room but then something was on the tv about nudists then they said they hated that life style so I now only get nude when they are sleeping or are out of the house and I m not sure if I should tell them now

Well, it's unfortunate, but a lot of people have very judgemental ideas about naturism. For one thing, they still call clubs, 'colonies', which is so outdated. Then they think it's full of pervs and not safe, when in fact, there's more people watching out for one another in that environment, than practically anywhere else. It's freer, better for your body (skin likes to breathe), and you meet ppl without airs and graces, and image.. Just them, as they are.



However, you will probably have to continue 'under the radar' since your parents seem to disapprove. There's a possibility you *could* say something like: well, I've done it for X number of months, and I'm still okay, but that might fall on deaf ears.

Enjoying being human, and looking like one, isn't really a lifestyle. It's a point of view. And a good one. Enjoy it when there's no one is around who would be offended (parents or room mates). It's one more reason why you're going to love being on your own, when you eventually can be. Don't expect to convert your parents. Instead, live your own life and have them learn to respect your difference of opinion on this and so many other things when you're on your own.

You are an individual not a puppet.



If it is enjoyable for you then that is your business. You are not asking them to join you.



While it is not reasonable to force this onto your parents as in being in common areas nude, yet putting it to them that if your door is closed could they knock and wait is reasonable if for them it is not ok to speak to you when you are at home and naked.



In the end its just a body. Its your business if you enjoy being naked.

you'll have to wait till you move out to have that lifestyle, just dont do it when your parents are around
