I have twins too! They are 3 and they are girls.
Anyway to your question.
Sheba (I love that one)
Duchess
Zoe
Sandy (shes brown right?)
Lady
Dixie
Princess
Penny (copper color could go for tan too)
Brandy (again, color related)
Baby
Autumn
Rosie (just cute)
Cleo or Cleopatra
Thats what came to mind. Good Luck :) I don't know why they don't publish animal name books. I'd buy one!

My dog is Scout. However, you need to think of something that fits the dogs personality like, Bob, Riley, Harley, Scruffy, Reggie, Gypsy Girl, Apollo, Zeus, Magnum, Barley, Sampson, Those are a few to start.

It needs to fit the twins name too. For instance my son's name is Calvin & our first dog was Hobbes.
