Is it normal for brothers and sister to cuddle?

My girlfriend cuddles with her brother she is 15 and hes 16 is that normal? i think its kind of weird idk how they cuddle but like she sent me a snap chat of him and he fell asleep on her and idk i thought that was wierd that they were laying on each other o.0 also i got jelious so it kind of upset me. But i am just curious is that normal with siblings? I dont have brothers or sisters so i would not know

I cuddle with my sister, but you have to think about the type of cuddling. Laying down together while you talk or watch tv? Okay. Sitting shoulder to shoulder? Okay. Snuggling up to each other like a couple? Totally not okay. Sometimes you do fall asleep together, I will admit, and if he was tired, it happens. Obviously, she doesn't find it odd, if she sent you the snapchat, so maybe its a normal thing for the family to do. Maybe ask her about it, while making it clear that you are a single child and don't know much about family relationships. The guy I'm interested in says he's a mama's boy and cuddles with her all the time, even laying on her lap and stuff, and to me, its normal, and I accept it as such. Each family is different, though if it makes you jealous, tell her about it. You don't know about siblings, so you are curious.

I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but no it is not normal.

Siblings might sit shoulder-to-shoulder and watch tv and accidentally fall asleep on the other sibling's shoulder, that's still fine, but cuddling is not.

Cuddling is made for a couple, not siblings. Even if they were really close it would still not be normal.
