Missing the old days?

Does anyone miss the old days when your entire family, mothers side and fathers side, got together on holidays(50+ members) to celebrate? I do. so many of my family are now gone.I miss them terribly.

I know what you mean! When I was younger, my family used to be great. We would actually have fun together. Now they are just a bunch of snobs and I hate it! I wish it were like it used to be. We still gather for the holidays but, sometimes I wish we didn't...the way they act now, I don't even want to see their faces.



I think about the ''old days'' a lot and I miss the way things used to be.

i'm with you!

our family wasn't very big to begin with -maybe 16 people - but we used to have alot of friends around for the holidays too. that would make it about 30. my mom, sister and older bro are all gone now and the holidays are getting really small

like my dad use to tell me. friends are nice to have but you can never replace your family
