DYFS in NJ are out of control,so i need to know from DADS,and MOMS about CPS removal of a child,discipline etc?

Question

in the u.s. seem like "good" parents who do not use alcohol never have or drugs,are losing child left and right to new jersey dyfs?
why aren't new jersey dyfs and cps all over going after "real abuse kids
who are being overly medicated,left in drug infested alcohol abuse type
homes?
However children are being in high numbers essentially kidnap by cps

I mean were talking about the type of parents who are busy paying the bills take care of her sons,the daughter etc.keeping his child her child in school regularly etc. being a loving attentive parent.
so why is the "good parent"losing custody because of 1 light sporadic
spanking that leave no evidence of bruising/or busted up body parts etc
can't a parent legally discipline a child within reason under law without
having a "false allegation"to dyfs cps worker end up losing the child for
a day or years?Can't a parent lightly discipline their child anymore?

talking about in reference to the law and child protection services.

a great post(I'm Not a lawyer though )however am a MSW.LSW 16yrs.and i believe abuse is not a light spanking at all.Not even near abuse & to the other member name of "Oura:"hitting" beating a child senseless etc. hurting the childl etc. vs. discipline of a light spanking is totally different and is not abuse.Hence you can't say well "don't

hit your kid"that is outlandish.You can't tell me not to spank my kid or anyone else so if he want to let the parent do it.who are you to say just"don't do it"that is a lame ignorant reply.i do agree with the other poster on the cps as i've work with cps workers here in pennsylvania.south jersey for years.They tend to rush through cases,accuse the wrong parent then expecting us as the hired therapist for the family to go along with them.I do not do that at all.However i've known a few who has just"jotted"down any old thing against the parent for dcf workers.Actually my fiancee'is a police officer in south jersey near philly who also was spank as a child and turning out just fine 31 years.CPS just seem to more times than often as others said focus on the wrong familiy.I've met some who did"secret favors"for family members!Just to get back at another family member.However,when i have a child refer to my office by dyfs in new jersey or the philadelphia child protection services i've work for i always remain professional,and honest on such a topic when called into court to give a full honest assessment on both parents.I've recommend child to be immediately return back to the home where

where discipline might have taken place,since any intellectual person understand discipline of such nature is not child abuse.i've spank both my children,one is now grown 19 years old.Turning out just fine.

a caseworker who truly care for the children shall investigate fully,not falsify,nor rubber stamp their signature to a case whereas;there was no evidence clear cut of abuse to a child.

this is what we are advocating for successfully by helping others NOT fall into the CPS DYFS trap from cali to Ny Nj.

More times then it should,you see more times then prior,

overworked underpaid cps workers"who are just trying to get done"with their heavy caseload,falsifying records at dyfs cps

agencies.This is real.The Stats demonstrate this as their record within "in-house" to answer your other question YES.you surely can use light elect

discipline on your child.NOT A CRIME.



You sure can spank your child it is when the spanking is excessive under law then you can surely lose your right to the child at "that moment"however a trial commence through a order to show cause prior/if the judge feel at that time the division"has enough"information warranting a fact finding trial after the discovery etc.Your also then able to prove your a fit loving great parent.I always recommend taking multiple photographs of your child.Even video-recordings the day they leave for school etc. church to visit family so they can't say that something happen to your child physically knowing it did not as the best weapon it seem is live video/photographs etc. as these workers will conjure up evidence,passing it off as "their version"of truth. If you cannot prove your spanking was just a "light discipline act"you are going to lose the child.so be prepare,and learn the LAW.Then this

are you a lawyer lol sound it.i just want to say spanking is fine i have

been spank straight B student into sports,and i have spank my child a

few times a year or less nothing major,they are all turning out just

fine just like i did in life.when CPS DYFS WORKERS no good a--s pay

my bills,rent car mortgage etc. that is when the so called stupid govern

ment can tell me not to lightly spank my kids. a spanking is not abuse

any fool who think so probably has "skeletons"in their own closet as

a spanking is not abuse drinking and drugs with the kids in the house

or your life IS REAL ABUSE or lieing under oath about why your taking

the kid in the first place,like the foster kid saying above.now that is

the REAL abuse.and caseworkers if they do this sh--t need to be lock

up.i say kids need protection from that not from 1 little harmless

i believe in discipline.come from strong loving italian family we believe in spanking.unfortunately one time it made me go to nj foster care due to my folks being lied on when they did not hurt me.i will never forgive my dad his new wife for this.

as for the chick who say "i dont believe some people or believe you" just stfu already.because the bottom line is my step-dad&mom lost me for a fricken year.my real father new wife has lied on my mom before to the school.then dyfs in my area finally took me. i went to foster care it sucked.worse place is group homes.i was"touch"the wrong way.under dyfs care.just go to show you what real abuse is,away from home

in my case.i'm a nice guy with a pretty nice life in my late twenties no thanks to cps though.they almost ruin my mom and my life.Abuse is not ok.but a spanking here&there do not ruin a kid life.Me being taken away then told to "lie" on my parents who love me was the real abuse.what my caseworker lie on my folks for a year is/was the real abuse.
