my parents will kill me for my gcse results and im asian and a* is like the minimum and a is standard they have a go at you, im scared im not even going to get a C help me please!

I have asian parents too and i know how you feel! There so strict about stupid grades! You just need to let them know you tried your hardest! Usually to asian parents trying hard isn't hard enough but it's one bad grade so you should NOT feel bad! Your parents ARE going to yell but they will not kill you lol. Maybe,.... jkjk just try harder next time and don't delay telling your parents about the grade cause they will get even more mad. Also you should admit you need to try harder and this isn't what you were expecting! Like say something they would say like "I'm so disappointed in myself" That will make them realize something! GOOD LUCK! ;)

LOL. I have Asian parents and I know that "I tried my best" wouldn't work with mine. Mine are hardly proud when I have an A, but I get so much sh^t if get anything lower. Do you truly think you failed or are you exaggerating? In any case, the worst will be over soon, unless bad GSCE results will guarantee a bad future. (Sorry for my ignorance, I don't know what GSCE's are. :3)

Tell them asian students kill themselves every year because of the pressure from asian parents.

Show them the statistics.



Tell them you will work harder next time and failures are only a dress rehearsal for success.



If they dont try to understand, lock yourself in the bathroom and call the police.

Okay, I feel it's a bit eccentric to assume that all Asians are incredibly clever.. Surely that's borderline racist? You can only produce what you're capable of.. And whatever grades you receive, they are determined by how much effort you put it.. Try not to stress too much.. As their child, they'll know how intelligent you are and if you did your best, and I'm sure they'll be proud of you!

just do your best. whatever the result is your parents will never kill you. there is no in such history asian parents kill their own children.

Tell them to accept you as you are and their levels of perfection just can't be reached with that much pressure.

Before they look at it, just be sure to tell them that it's impossible for you to be their perfect child. And let them know that you're not trying to disappoint them in any way at all.
