Please help. She is 16,I am 17. We were together for 3 years, 7 months ago we started having sex (with condom) the last 3 months she avoided me completely really.when I go to her house she says "I'm ill" when she's clearly not.and she won't come over to mine because apparently she has work but she only works for 4 hours after school and I contacted her about 10pm when she was not working. And then I find out she hasn't even been to school. I spoke to her best mate 5 days ago and she said she's "going through stuff" I made her tell me and she claims that my gf was "raped and is knocked up. I tried to speak to my gf she claims it's true but that she split up with me 1 month ago which i can't remember that. But then she said she's having an abortion. She doesn't know if this baby is that man's or it could me mine (condoms split) so I told her have the baby and I will pay for DNA and if the baby is mine (as it could be) I will keep the baby. I'll pay for it and everything, she won't have to do anything the baby will live with me. But she still says she's having an abortion. What are my rights? My brother is a lawyer and says I have none but there must be something I can do? I've offered her !oney and that. I really want to be a dad there are so many men that would run but i f the baby is mine I'll stand up and be a dad.help me please,I've spoken to loads of people and I don't know what to do?shwes having it next week.I've tried everything please ??

You are right by choosing not to lose the gift of life which many people in the world do not have but you have, do not go with the abortion, it is a lifelong regret, you will realize what I am saying today when you see the smile of your little one

Good Luck!!!

If you want to be a father you should get married first.

Your brother is smart so listen to him. YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS. Its her body not yours. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING YOU CAN DO except for hoping she changes her mind. seriously nothing, at least nothing legal.
