Make a website. They're not hard to build for someone with even minimal computer knowledge. Even a MySpace page will work. Then PROMOTE IT!

Get business cards made up with the website address and a picture of your daughter on them and drop them all over. Make links to the webpage EVERYWHERE. Chalk it up on billboards. Contact your local radio and television stations, and be sane, normal, and worried when you do. DO NOT act as though you DESERVE air time, but simply ask for a few minutes of their time to help locate your missing child. Explain that you have a website, and refer them to it. Chances are good you'll be picked up as a public interest story with at least 1 group or 2. Offer a REWARD. This will get people motivated to help. Now if she does not want to be found, you may have a harder time, and if she's an adult, unfortunately that would be her prerogative.

You can only hope that her finding out that you're looking for her will make her realize that she wants to see you, or hope that she has been looking for you all along. Since I don't know the details of the disappearance I can't comment further.

Best of luck!

Methinks asking such a question on a site such as this may sadden you a wee bit. If she (as you say) works, then she's over a certain age...and perhaps does not want to get in touch with you. If she wanted to get in touch, she would have got in touch with you long before now.

There's a company director of that name

EMMA BELLAMY

Nottingham, East Midlands, NG19 6

so if your private eye hasn't checked that one out get them to look it up in one of the commercial databases.

Edit: Without knowing how old she is it's difficult to help further. Please bear in mind that she has the right to be left alone if that's what she wants.

Other than go out there yourself and start asking around, I'm at a loss as well.

Best of luck to you on your search.

Hi,

In addition to the above suggestions have you tried the Salvation Army?

They are quite reliable sources of information.
